Years at Jade Dragon Tattoo - I’m the New Girl.
Specialties - I hate to say I specialize in one degree of tattooing, since I love a variety of artistic styles. I do prefer color work over black and gray, but I’m always up for any challenge. I do enjoy tattooing skulls and Japanese work, but I do enjoy just about everything else too.
I was first introduced into the tattoo industry by my Dad. I was 14 when he took me to get my first tattoo, but it wasn’t until I dated a guy who was learning the trade that I picked it up. I would go with him to the conventions, watch him and other artists tattoo, and I unconsciously picked up the nuances and styles of the profession. I guess I got better deal out of the break-up.
Tattooing is my stress reliever. I love the variety of the art, the different meanings of each tattoo, and the chance to share a life moment with a client. To be in this environment, and this art from is a blessing, and I feel blessed that life has lead me to this point.
