PROPER CARE OF YOUR NEW PIERCING

1. Always keep your new piercing clean!
   

2. Always wash your hands before touching
   

3. Avoid oral or sexual contact w/piercing
   

4. Apply Neosporin 1x Daily for 1st week
   

5. Wash jewelry back and forth while cleaning
   

EARS, NOSTRILS SEPTUMS AND EYEBROW

1. Use Sensitive Ears Solution 4x Daily!
   

LABRET, LIP, TONGUE, AND CHEEK

1. Rinse with Listerine each time you eat or drink anything other then bottled water.
   

2. Use Gly Oxide or Amasan ( Made by Oral B ) 2x daily
   

3. After swelling subsides, come back for smaller jewelry.
   

NAVEL AND NIPPLE

1. 1st week clean with Betadine 1x daily
   

2. Clean 2x daily w/antibacterial soap
   

3. Expect some discomfort or soreness 1st 2 weeks
   

4. A 50 mg. zinc tablet taken 3x daily w/meals for two weeks will greatly speed up healing
   

5. At any sign of infection see your physician immediately
