• Always wash your hands before touching
• Avoid oral or sexual contact w/piercing
• Apply Neosporin 1x Daily for 1^st week
• Wash jewelry back and forth while cleaning

EARS, NOSTRILS SEPTUMS AND EYEBROW

•  Use Sensitive Ears Solution 4x Daily!

LABRET, LIP, TONGUE, AND CHEEK

• Rinse with Listerine each time you eat or drink anything other then bottled water.
• Use Gly Oxide or Amasan ( Made by Oral B ) 2x daily
• After swelling subsides, come back for smaller jewelry.

 NAVEL AND NIPPLE

• 1^st week clean with Betadine 1x daily
• Clean 2x daily w/antibacterial soap
• Expect some discomfort or soreness 1^st 2 weeks
• A 50 mg. zinc tablet taken 3x daily w/meals for two weeks will greatly speed up healing
• At any sign of infection see your physician immediately
